Requirements
Education: BBA / MBA
Minimum four years of relevant experience
Technical: training needs analysis and planning, trainer evaluation, measuring training effectiveness, job description and competency profiling, LMS administration, stakeholder management
Non-technical: problem solving and decision making, time management, communication, result orientation, teamwork, organizational transformation, budgeting
