Welcome to Scholify.

Scholify is a technology platform created to help students discover scholarships, internships, and educational opportunities in one place. Our goal is simple: make opportunities easier to find so students can spend less time searching and more time achieving their goals.

These Terms of Service explain how Scholify works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from everyone using the platform. By creating an account or using Scholify, you agree to follow these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

What Scholify Is

Scholify is an online technology platform that connects students with scholarships, internships, educational opportunities, and organizations.

It is important to understand what Scholify is and is not.

Scholify is not:

  • an employer;
  • a university or educational institution;
  • a scholarship provider;
  • a recruitment or employment agency;
  • a funding organization;
  • a government authority; or
  • a party to any agreement between students and organizations.

Our role is to provide a platform where opportunities can be discovered, explored, and managed. We do not make admission decisions, award scholarships, offer employment, conduct interviews, or guarantee the outcome of any application.

Who Can Use Scholify

Scholify is intended for individuals seeking educational or career opportunities and for organizations wishing to publish genuine opportunities.

By using Scholify, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and truthful;
  • you are legally permitted to create an account;
  • you will keep your account information up to date;
  • you are responsible for protecting your login credentials; and
  • you will use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Student Responsibilities

Students are at the heart of Scholify, and we encourage every user to use the platform responsibly.

As a student, you agree to:

  • provide accurate academic and personal information;
  • keep your profile updated;
  • review all application requirements carefully before applying;
  • independently verify scholarships, internships, organizations, and deadlines;
  • protect your account credentials;
  • use AI-generated content responsibly;
  • respect other members of the Scholify community.

Before accepting any scholarship, internship, offer, interview invitation, contract, or agreement, you should conduct your own research and make sure you fully understand the opportunity.

Organization Responsibilities

Organizations play an important role in maintaining a trustworthy platform.

Organizations using Scholify agree to:

  • publish genuine opportunities;
  • provide accurate descriptions and eligibility requirements;
  • clearly communicate deadlines and application procedures;
  • avoid misleading or deceptive information;
  • respect applicants' privacy;
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Organizations are solely responsible for the opportunities they publish and the decisions they make regarding applicants.

Community Guidelines

We want Scholify to remain a respectful, safe, and welcoming community for everyone.

When using Scholify, you must not:

  • create fake accounts;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • upload misleading information;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
  • publish illegal, offensive, or harmful content;
  • distribute spam or malicious software;
  • attempt to disrupt the platform or other users' experience.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.

AI Features

Scholify uses artificial intelligence to help students save time and discover relevant opportunities.

AI features may assist with:

  • generating CVs;
  • improving profile information;
  • recommending scholarships and internships; and
  • providing educational suggestions.

AI is designed to support your decision-making, not replace it.

Because AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information, users should always review AI-generated content before relying on it for applications or important decisions.

Using our AI features does not guarantee interviews, scholarships, internships, admissions, funding, or employment.

Opportunity Disclaimer

Scholify helps connect students with opportunities published by organizations.

Although we strive to maintain a trustworthy platform, we cannot independently verify every organization, opportunity, deadline, or piece of information at all times.

For your own safety, you should always:

  • verify the organization independently;
  • read all eligibility requirements carefully;
  • review contracts and agreements before signing;
  • confirm important deadlines;
  • avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information; and
  • report suspicious or misleading opportunities to Scholify.

Any application, interview, contract, scholarship agreement, internship agreement, employment relationship, or financial arrangement exists solely between you and the organization involved.

Scholify is not a party to those relationships.

Staying Safe on Scholify

Your safety is important to us.

We encourage every student to use good judgment when interacting with organizations.

As a general rule:

  • never send money to apply for an opportunity unless you have independently verified its legitimacy;
  • never share passwords, verification codes, or banking credentials;
  • carefully review every contract before accepting an offer;
  • report suspicious organizations or fraudulent listings through the platform.

If something feels unusual or too good to be true, take the time to verify it before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

The Scholify name, logo, branding, design, software, website, content, databases, graphics, text, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials belong to Scholify or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or commercially use any part of the platform without prior written permission.

This restriction does not apply to content that belongs to users themselves, such as their personal profiles or uploaded materials.

Prohibited Activities

To protect the platform and its users, you agree not to:

  • scrape or automate the collection of platform data;
  • create bots or automated accounts;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the platform;
  • interfere with security measures;
  • upload viruses or malicious software;
  • misuse AI features;
  • violate another person's rights;
  • use Scholify for unlawful purposes.

Any misuse may result in suspension, termination, or legal action where appropriate.

Suspension and Account Termination

We hope never to remove an account, but protecting the community comes first.

Scholify may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • repeatedly violate these Terms;
  • publish fraudulent opportunities;
  • create fake accounts;
  • abuse other users;
  • misuse platform features;
  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • engage in illegal activities.

Whenever practical, we will try to investigate reported issues fairly before taking action.

Limitation of Responsibility

Scholify provides technology that helps students discover opportunities more easily.

While we work hard to maintain accurate information and a reliable platform, we cannot guarantee:

  • that every opportunity will remain available;
  • that every organization is legitimate;
  • that every application will be successful;
  • that users will receive scholarships, internships, interviews, admissions, funding, or employment.

Users are responsible for their own decisions, applications, and interactions with organizations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scholify is not responsible for disputes, contracts, payments, employment decisions, admissions decisions, scholarship awards, or other agreements made between users and organizations.

Changes to Scholify

As Scholify grows, we may introduce new features, improve existing services, or update these Terms to reflect changes in our platform or legal requirements.

When significant updates are made, we will make the latest version available through the platform.

Your continued use of Scholify after those updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
