About the role

KBC Japan, a well-known name in the import and sale of high-quality vehicles, is looking for a detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Specialist in Lahore to manage shipment coordination, freight operations and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate freight bookings and shipment operations
Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents and logistics partners
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely customer updates

Handle freight inquiries, quotations and client communication

Ensure export documentation accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations

Maintain shipment records and resolve operational issues

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
Bachelor's degree (minimum)
Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Other Details

Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
