About the role

Air Arabia Group is looking for an experienced HR Generalist in Karachi to manage payroll, workforce planning, HR budgeting, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll, benefits, reconciliations and employee settlements
Support HR budgeting, manpower planning and workforce cost control
Monitor headcount, vacancies, payroll costs and budget variances
Support compensation benchmarking and salary structures

Manage HRIS, payroll systems, automation and HR reporting

Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance and support audits

Prepare HR dashboards and workforce performance reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
6-8 years of progressive HR experience
Practical exposure to payroll, C&B, budgeting and manpower planning
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS/payroll system experience preferred
CIPD, SHRM or PHR certification is an advantage
