About the role

Jacked Nutrition Group (Jacked Nutrition and Farma Labs) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources and Administration across its Head Office, retail outlets, warehouse and the Farma Labs manufacturing facility. The role covers HR operations, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, payroll and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and workforce planning
Manage the employee lifecycle, performance appraisals, promotions and separations
Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, attendance and HRIS operations

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs

Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters

Ensure compliance with Pakistani labour laws and statutory requirements

Lead training, development, engagement and retention initiatives

Oversee administrative operations and lead the HR team

Monitor HR KPIs, workforce reports and departmental performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role
Experience managing HR across multiple locations or business units
Strong knowledge of Pakistani labour laws, payroll, employee relations and performance management
Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (MiHCM, Odoo or equivalent)
Preferred: Master's/MBA in HR, SHRM/CIPD/CHRP certification, and FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience

Location: D-12, Islamabad
Full-time, permanent
Salary: PKR 150,000-200,000 per month, based on experience.
