About the role
As Information Security Manager at Astera, you will build and lead the security program that protects the company's most critical information: source code, customer data, intellectual property, and financial and HR records. You won't just write policies. You will put the controls in place, run them and keep improving them. You will own identity and access, data protection, incident response and compliance across cloud, SaaS and on-prem environments, lead and mentor the IS team, and build a security-aware culture across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead Astera's security program to protect source code, customer data, IP, and financial and HR records
- Classify data and enforce least-privilege access, DLP, encryption, endpoint and email security
