We're building an AI marketing practice, and this is the first hire into it.
What you'll own from day one → SEO and AEO — making our clients the cited answer inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, not just page one → Local presence for US practices — Google Business Profile, reviews, healthcare directories → Content and editorial across all six industries we serve — directing our three-person content pod (research, writing, media) → LinkedIn and social — three strong posts a week, plus daily engagement where our prospects actually are → Paid media — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting → Designing specialised marketing agents alongside our developers — SEO, AEO monitoring, content, ad copy, review response, lead research, reporting.
You build the no-code tier yourself and spec the rest for engineering → Partner and supplier outreach — researching vendor reseller programmes, drafting the approach, running the pipeline (the founder takes the commercial conversation) → Analytics and attribution Phased in over your first year: our consumer iOS app launch (ASO, Apple Search Ads, retention), lifecycle and WhatsApp, outbound and ABM, CRO, video, influencer and earned media.
The channel list is broad on purpose.
Agents carry the repetition — you carry the strategy and the quality gate.
Who we're looking for
1 year in digital marketing (agency or B2B in-house)
Graduate of IBA, IoBM, LUMS, SZABIST, Habib, FAST or equivalent
You have actually built something with AI — a Claude Project, custom GPT, or no-code chain that ran unattended and produced usable output
You can brief a developer properly on the agents you can't build alone — scope, inputs and outputs, guardrails, what "good" looks like.
You won't be writing production code
A number you moved (leads, CPL, conversions, audience growth) — or business you personally brought in, freelance and side ventures count
