We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employer Branding Intern with a focus on technical recruitment to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to technical recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, employee engagement, employee branding, and social media content creation . Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for technical roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and job descriptions. Assist in preparing interview materials and coordinating interview panels. Employee Engagement & Employer Branding: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.
Create engaging reels, photos, videos, and social media content highlighting company culture, employee activities, events, and workplace experiences.
