About the opportunity

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of recruitment experience, relevant internship experience is a plus.
Interest in technical recruitment and a willingness to learn about technology roles.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to take feedback, follow instructions, and work collaboratively.

Professional handling of confidential candidate and client information.

Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review CVs against job requirements under the guidance of senior recruiters.
Conduct initial screening calls to gather information about candidates' experience, availability, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
Support senior recruiters in preparing shortlists and building talent pipelines.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Develop an understanding of technology roles, common skills, and recruitment practices.
