Job Overview / Purpose Statement The Data Engineer designs, builds, and maintains data infrastructure to support digital marketing strategies. Working closely with analysts, CSMs, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures data is collected, stored, and processed efficiently and accurately.

It also supports the growth of the Data Management & Visualization team by developing scalable pipelines, ensuring quality, and preparing data for dashboards and reporting. Responsibilities & Duties Database Management: Develop, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, Ad platforms, inventory feeds). Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to support business needs.

Optimize data storage solutions using databases, data warehouses, and cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud). Monitor and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of database data. Perform database performance optimization and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

ETL Processes

Understand the data flow for the client data to implement new extraction techniques. Develop and maintain ETL workflows to collect, transform, and load data into appropriate storage solutions. Automate data pipelines to ensure timely and efficient data processing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions.

Data Quality Assurance

Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or inaccuracies. Implement and monitor processes to maintain high data quality standards.
