About the opportunity

Build and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise environments, including regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare). Own systems end-to-end: architecture, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, observability, hallucination mitigation, and deployment into enterprise cloud environments. Stack: LangChain/LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector databases, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Bedrock/Vertex AI/SageMaker.

Eligibility

6-8+ years software engineering, ~4+ years hands-on production AI/LLM systems. Proven experience owning production AI agents. Strong Python backend. Experience with PII handling, audit trails, and regulated data a plus.
