About the role

Royal Cyber is hiring an SFCC Architect (Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, SFRA, ReactJS, Composable Storefront / PWA Kit) to lead technical design and development, drive headless commerce implementations, manage integrations and mentor development teams while delivering scalable, secure and high-performing e-commerce solutions.

Experience & Technical Leadership

8+ years in web/e-commerce, including 5+ years hands-on SFCC (Demandware)
2+ years leading development teams
Own solution architecture, coding standards and code reviews; mentor onshore/offshore developers

Technical designs, estimates, sprint planning and stakeholder presentations

Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud & SFRA

Expert in SFRA custom cartridges, controllers, models, ISML, hooks and jobs
Cartridge path strategy, multi-site/multi-locale implementations
Business Manager, catalogs, price books, promotions, Page Designer
Guide merchandising and business teams on configuration best practices

ReactJS & Composable Storefront

Advanced, hands-on React JS for scalable production apps
Modern React hooks, Redux Toolkit, React Query
Led at least one PWA Kit implementation or headless commerce migration
Managed Runtime deployment, environment strategy, release management

API Development & Integrations

SCAPI (Shopper & Admin APIs), OCAPI and SLAS
Custom API extensions and secure shopper authentication flows
Integrating headless CMS, search, payments, tax and OMS/ERP
Integration patterns, error handling and system reliability

Core Development & DevOps

JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, REST APIs, JSON
Git-based CI/CD, branching strategies, build/deployment pipelines
TypeScript and GraphQL are an added advantage

Performance, SEO & Accessibility

Own storefront performance and Core Web Vitals
SEO best practices and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
Define performance targets, run audits, drive remediation plans

Certifications

Mandatory: Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
Strongly preferred: Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect

Location: Offshore / remote
Employment: contract
Work time: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
